Privacy Policy
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to the businesses and individuals who register for and use the Service ("Customers", "you"), and to visitors of our website. Adstrada is a business-to-business tool: we do not knowingly provide the Service to consumers or to anyone under 18.
2. Information we collect
a. Account and contact information
When you create an account or request a demo, we collect information such as your name, work email address, organization name, and role, along with account settings and preferences.
b. Data from connected advertising platforms
The core purpose of the Service is to display and manage your own advertising data. When you authorize Adstrada to connect to an advertising platform (for example, Meta or TikTok) using that platform's official OAuth flow, we access and store, on your behalf and within your workspace:
- Authorization tokens issued by the platform, which allow us to access your ad account. Tokens are encrypted at rest and stored per workspace.
- Ad account information, such as the account name, identifier, currency, and status.
- Campaign structure and metadata, such as campaigns, ad groups/ad sets, ads, objectives, and status.
- Performance metrics, such as spend, impressions, clicks, reach, CPM, and CTR.
- Creative assets and metadata, such as ad creative images, video cover images, and previews, used to display which creatives are performing.
We access this data only to the extent permitted by the scopes you grant, and only for the accounts you authorize. We use it solely to provide the Service to you.
c. Usage and technical information
We collect standard technical information when you use the Service, such as log data, device and browser information, IP address, and product usage events, to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
d. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service, and may use limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may prevent the Service from working.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including displaying your advertising analytics and executing changes you initiate on your connected accounts;
- To authenticate you and secure your account and workspace;
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use data accessed from your connected advertising accounts for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
4. Connected advertising platforms
When you connect a platform such as Meta or TikTok, your use of that platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policies, and the data we access originates from your account with them. We recommend you review:
- Meta — Privacy Policy
- TikTok — Privacy Policy
You can revoke Adstrada's access at any time, either from within Adstrada (which deletes the stored token) or from the platform's own app/connection settings.
5. How we share information
We share information only in limited circumstances:
- Service providers (subprocessors): vendors that host our infrastructure and support the Service, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and permitted to process data only on our instructions;
- Legal and safety: where required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Adstrada, our Customers, or others;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We never sell, rent, or share your advertising data with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not aggregate one Customer's data with another's.
6. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Authorization tokens are deleted when you disconnect a platform or close your account. Performance data cached to power your dashboards is retained for the period necessary to provide the Service and is removed on account closure, subject to any legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of authorization tokens at rest, per-workspace isolation, access controls, and transport encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards.
8. International data transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you are located. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in the product (for example, disconnecting a platform or closing your account), or by contacting us at privacy@adstrada.io. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
